Help Raise Outstanding Tuition for Patrick

Patrick Isaiah is my friend and one of the most intelligent and diligent people I know. He always give his best and has also excelled academically, achieving A*A*A in ALevel and a first class degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Lancaster University UK. It is quite unfortunate that the Rivers state government has failed to meet their part of the scholarship agreement, this has been extremely hard for Patrick who had secured and now lost numerous MSc and PhD scholarships since graduating in 2016.
