On Sunday September 7th, along with my Nephew Duncan and pal Nick, I am cycling Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 to help raise vital funds in the fight against Cancer and supporting those impacted.

Like so many, I have lost loved ones, friends and colleagues to Cancer and have friends currently having treatments. I am doing it for them.

I know times are are hard, but if you can spare some £’s it would be appreciated.
