Hi everyone, meet Reese, or as we like to call her at home, Momma. We rescued her in April of 2020 from All4Paws after she spent her life as a breeder momma and was no longer needed for breeding purposes.

If you ask anyone who has met her, they will tell you she is the sweetest Rottweiler you will ever meet. Once you start petting her you can’t stop, she will nudge your hand for more pets, or roll over so you have easy access to her belly. The biggest sweetheart and a puppy in a giants body. The amount of love and joy she brings into our home is immeasurable!

But unfortunately, our sweet Reese was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma -an aggressive cancer that eats away at the bone- in her rear leg.

But the good news is the Doctors have determined the cancer is isolated to only her leg and has not spread to her lungs or lymph nodes and best of of all… it IS treatable!

Other than cancer, she has tested to be in perfect health with many years of love left in her.

We have been working with the specialist to outline the treatment options for us to consider that will give our girl the longest life expectancy.

The first is a Cyberknife therapy treatment… this will target only the tumor and preserve the leg, and with meds we can we strengthen the bone that has already been impacted by the cancer

amputation of the leg & chemotherapy to reduce the chance of any spread.

Both of these options are fairly expensive, but we feel she deserves the best chance at life that we can give her! That’s where you come in! We are here today to ask for help paying for her treatment.

Last year, Reesie had different cancer in her toe, and we had to have it removed. She fought through and recovered 100% from that surgery and doesn’t even miss the toe! But that surgery has left us financially drained, and we are asking for help to get her the treatment she deserves to fight this cancer once again.
