I have to move from where I am living by new landlord who wants me out by June first. I presently do not have enough funds to move or pay first and last month rent because of recent medical co-pays for Dr's. And medications. Accordingly Reginal Memorial Total Heart Care If I move to a shelter or a nursing home, I will be removed from the Heart Transplant List and would loose all that I tried so hard to gain my position on the Heart Transplant List and put my future life in jeopardy. Please help me. Stay on the list. Thank you.
