Mark Saladino legal support fund

Mark Saladino, the former County Counsel for the County of Los Angeles, took a courageous step to legally challenge the unfair process and decision to remove him from his position.  He stood up to what many perceived as a retaliatory action and abuse of power.  Unfortunately, he lost his fight and now is faced with significant legal fees and settlement costs in excess of $50,000.  This funding effort is initiated to recognize his courage and integrity, and help with the financial burden caused by his attempt to hold the Board of Supervisors accountable for their actions.  Mark stood up for himself, but more importantly, he took a stance for others who were similarly mistreated.  It’s our time to stand up for Mark.
