Hi, my name is Jeff, my baby Luka unexpectedly needs surgery, if he doesn't have this surgery soon the effects of his condition can eventually be fatal.

To give more specifics he has what's called a perineal hernia, this is an internal growth that is making it hard for him to defecate and urinate. As it was explained to me not being able to relieve his bladder can release toxins in his body that over time can stop his heart. Vets recommend I have the hernia removed as soon as possible.
