Hi, I'm Max Loeb (aka @loebsleads), and I'm raising funds for the American Heart Association through the 4th Annual Loeb's Leads Invitational.

As someone who was born with a Congenital heart defect, tetralogy of fallot, heart health and the research behind it is something near and dear to (no pun intended) my heart... but this year it took on a new meaning.

Upon returning from a week long trip in San Francisco, I found myself in the hospital dealing with unexpected complications related to my brand new heart valve. Very quickly, life was put into perspective for me in a span of two weeks in the hospital, and I was reminded of how important it is to take care of myself with an artificial heart valve. To this day, I am still affected by the consequences of that hiccup in my lifestyle. It truly was a trying stretch of months that led me to feel even more passionate about the importance of using my platform to help further research.

This incredible organization is dedicated to advancing cardiovascular health for everyone, ensuring that every person has the opportunity for a full, healthy life.
