I am Sebastian and the girl in the pictures is Silvana she is my little sister, she is just 22 years old and currently in a very delicate situation with her endometriosis condition, she has a serious problem in her right ovary where she now has developed a tumor of 5cm (and getting bigger with time, also has risk of being cancerous).

The surgery will cost $1500 in CAD but if possible another $500 CAD would be amazing since when could also cover any additional cost like medicine or a gridle to help her recover post surgery (even if we just reach $1500 we will be more than thankful already), she is trying to get the surgery done in south America since its too expensive for us in Canada, she will need to have a tumor removal (risk that it may be a cancerous tumor), we are currently struggling to raise the funds.

We are in a complicated situation and her life could be in danger if not treated in time, even a little bit will help we are also trying on our own but we really need some help
