Hi, my name is Chels. My dog karma is the sweetest baby you could ever meet, and she is currently fighting a battle with a pyometra. This is a life threatening infection in the uterus that could kill her within a week if it progresses. She started taking antibiotics and pain meds given through an emergency vet, and was getting better for her hysterectomy surgery. She suddenly started bleeding a lot again and shaking and getting worse than before. She is now in need of emergency surgery, and it is extremely difficult to afford.
