Hi, my name is Chels. My dog karma is the sweetest baby you could ever meet, and she is currently fighting a battle with a pyometra. This is a life threatening infection in the uterus that could kill her within a week if it progresses. She started taking antibiotics and pain meds given through an emergency vet, and was getting better for her hysterectomy surgery.  She suddenly started bleeding a lot again and shaking and getting worse than before. She is now in need of emergency surgery, and it is extremely difficult to afford.  We cannot let our sweet baby go,  especially not like this.
