For Kaiden’s Bar Mitzvah project, he chose to use the opportunity to help our furry friends. Everyone knows that a dog is truly man's best friend. They love us unconditionally and with every breath they take. While their time on earth is never long enough, sometimes their loving owners leave them first, must go to nursing homes, or just find that they can no longer take care of their loving pets. In these unfortunate circumstances, there is fortunately a place like Marty's Senior Dog Sanctuary where the furry seniors are able to continue living in warm beds with other pure hearts, lots of yummy treats, medical care, and most importantly, love and friendship.

The organization allows these seniors to lay their heads on soft pillows at night, stretch their legs on their lush 10 acres of grass, and exercise their muscles in a warm indoor pool. Marty's provides each dog's medical care, including twice-yearly well visits, dental cleanings, and all medication. They even have a program for forever foster care as well as adoption. Their program and facility are amazing! The senior pups touched our hearts and Kaiden wanted his big day to share in the mitzvah that Marty's Sanctuary brings to our community.
