Family recovering from domestic violence

My cousin/best friend has been through so much in the past 5 years with her children. She's been physically, emotionally and most of all financially abused by her ex. After being hospitalized twice now and the cops being called multiple times she's finally decided no matter what she has to move on for the safety of her children. She's tried to leave before but the state of Colorado has completely failed her and her children. Social workers, victims advocate, shelters, c-cap, child support, everything has fallen through. She has a car but no plates or insurance and has no one to watch her babies so she could work and all she's wanted to do for years is work but she was threatened and now the father is on the run from getting arrested for everything happening and won't pay her a dime. She finally got word that her apartment is evicting her in 8 days and still can't find a bed in a shelter and no one is able to help. She's going to the coalition for the homeless asap in hopes they can provide help and get hotel vouchers but she doesn't know where she's gonna keep her furniture or what she's going to do if no one helps her. She needs her car to be legal, she needs back up money for hotels, she can't even buy her kids Christmas presents and her kids are gonna spend Christmas being homeless. She's tried everything and extra money would be so beneficial to her babies right now until she can get back on her feet. Thank you all in advance.
