Dear friends, my closest and dearest friend and co worker Andres Arroyo was diagnosed almost a year ago with Adenocarcinoma (Esophageal Cancer) . Andres has been courageously battling this Very Aggressive cancer with the most positive attitude and hope for his future. To date, Andres has endured 13 rounds of Chemotherapy, along with several surgeries and a Chemo flush.

He is unable to eat solid food, as it is too painful and not digestible, and that has caused him to lose the vast majority of his muscle mass and strength. This has caused an enormous emotional and financial strain on Andres, with mounting medical bills, co pays, and ongoing treatments. He has been traveling to and from Moffitt Cancer Research Hospital in Tampa for most of the year, and it has had a profound impact on his ability to work. This young man of only 37 years is Hopeful, Positive and Optimistic for the future. As are all who care about him.
