Hi. My name is Oscar F Lopez I am the husband of Jeanette R Martinez.

I am setting up this Go Fund Me to help me cover funeral services do to my wife not being able to be covered by life insurance do to her end stage renal failure condition. My wife passed away Nov5 2023 after having a successful uterine surgery. On Sunday morning her heart stopped.

My wife was an amazing women. A talented chef. A loving partner. She was diagnosed with diabetes in the 1990s and then end stage renal failure soon after. She has been through various surgeries and episodes during her end stage renal condition. She survived a coma in the last year. A 20 year battle of dialysis treatments weekly but she never wavered because she loved God and she knew her faith would help comfort her.

I am heartbroken for my partner to no longer be with me. It is hard to imagine her no longer here. I cared for her every day and loved her dearly. She was my everything.
