Hello, my name is Shannon, one of Sammie Joe’s sisters. We are hoping to raise some money to cover the funeral costs and to bring her back home to us from Scotland.

Our darling Sammie Joe was the most precious girl alive. She had the purest heart and soul going, and would light up everyone’s day. She was loved by many and even though she died

at a young age, Sammie Joe had the happiest, craziest personality which would make everyone laugh until their belly started to hurt. She loved to make slime, loved going swimming with her cousin, and loved all of her friends and family.

Unfortunately, she had trouble growing up and got put into the care system. She got moved constantly until there was a place in Scotland, which is where she moved to. At the start of living up there she made some amazing friends and absolutely loved it until she mixed with the wrong group. Unfortunately, she started drug using and abusing alcohol which slowly started to deteriorate her mental health to the point she lost her spark in life and her personality.

Sadly, she lost her life due to this and passed away saturday 30th August 2025. We want to bring her back home to her family in Hertfordshire where she can be laid to rest.

We also want to make it known that drug and alcohol abuse is real and can ruin someone’s life in seconds. Please check up on your loved ones and make sure they’re okay.
