Honor Johnny's Legacy: Support His Memorial

With heavy hearts, we share the news of Johnny gaining his wings today, on May 18th. He was a beloved son, friend, partner, and a hero to many. Johnny leaves behind a legacy of three children — two daughters and one son — and two beautiful granddaughters. Today, he finally met his father and sister at heaven’s gates. He touched the lives of everyone he met, and we are all so empty without him.

Johnny was the definition of selfless. A hard-working man with calloused hands and a tender heart, he spent his life quietly lifting others up. Whether he was towing someone’s car in the middle of the night, mowing a neighbor’s lawn without being asked, or offering a helping hand to anyone in need — Johnny lived to serve his community and family. He never expected recognition or reward — love and kindness were simply who he was.

Now, as we grieve this painful loss, we are also faced with the heartbreaking reality that we do not have the financial means to provide Johnny with the memorial and farewell he truly deserves. We want to honor his life in a way that reflects his spirit: full of love, dignity, and grace.

Johnny wanted to be cremated, and buried with his sister and father. All funding will be going towards giving him the memorial he deserved, and anything left will be divided amongst his children, and his mother for living expenses from having to take the time off work to arrange his service.

We are humbly asking for your help. Any amount — no matter how small — will make a difference and bring us closer to laying Johnny to rest with the care and respect he gave so freely to others.
