Hi, my name is Holly, and I am reaching out for help for my family. My partner and I have two beautiful daughters—one is 4 years old and the other is just 9 months old. For months, we have been living through a nightmare that no family should ever endure.

Our home has been subjected to 14 repeated sewage leaks due to severe building neglect. On March 31, the situation reached a breaking point. A massive sewage backup flooded our unit, exposing us to biohazards and toxic mold. Because of the nature of the damage, we have lost almost everything we own—including our children's clothing, bedding, toys, and even our baby's stroller.

Living in these conditions is a direct threat to our health, especially for our 9-month-old. Despite our best efforts to seek help from property management and local officials, we have been left to deal with the fallout alone. The stress and fear of homelessness have taken a heavy toll on our mental health, and we are now at a point where we must find a safe, clean environment for our girls to grow up in.
