Help Victorya & Sedona Secure a Safe Home

1/3 UPDATE: WOW, I am so grateful for everyone that has poured into me during this time. We raised $690 and that helped me with a motel over the Holidays. I have a few conversations with the county & my lawyers this week in hopes of receiving emergency funds mid-late January. If all goes well, the county will be able to put us in a private room February 1st. I've been in weekly interviews and applying for creative jobs in my field. I know that things are turning around and assistance during the month of January is very appreciative.

I am seeking monetary support to extend the motel, keep my cell phone on, and take care of personal feminine things. A week in the motel is $550.

The Goal is $5K to assist with weekly needs, but I am in need of prescription eye glasses, and covering business overhead to keep going, providing food for Sedona, transportation, and the first month's rent.

If anyone has true leads on employment, private rooms, or organizations that work with Medi-Cal or GR, please share to [first name dot last name] at gmail.

After slowly getting back on my feet physically and mentally from a rare hip/thigh surgery (that I’m still recovering from), I was ready for a fresh start. I signed an 18-month lease in Atlanta, and six months in, my living situation became unsafe due to a toxic roommate including my dog. I had to call the police twice for domestic violence, and the second time they went to jail for 2 days, and I immediately informed my store manager at Anthropologie that I needed to break my lease for my safety and mental health. I was going to take this time to relocate to LA for the betterment of my mental health and wellness. She empathized and said she fully supported my transfer to Los Angeles, giving me hope for a new beginning.

The transfer process seemed smooth, and on July 16th, I was told by my Store Manager that she confirmed my employment to my Culver City lease, that I will be working at the Manhattan Beach location starting August 1st. This was exciting news and to see my lease was confi had already interviewed with the store manager and district manager, who said I was perfect for the team and wanted to negotiate a higher pay rate based on my KPIs. I sold everything in my home and only took five suitcases and my dog, Sedona to LA. On July 31st, the day of my going away party and the night before my 5am flight, I received an email saying the store manager at Manhattan Beach decided to move forward with another candidate. At the same time, my new roommate in LA requested the leasing office to take me off due to my non-employment status. (I pretty much got let go without reason and certainly without a phone call or a conversation.) Losing my job and my home the day I’m relocating sounds wildly crazy but redirection is truly protection. God brought me out here, so I know he will sustain me.

Unfortunately, Anthropologie is saying that I quit and that's why I'm unable to get unemployment at this moment. I have a Lawyer on the case because I am very much so owed government assistance for my safety and reasoning of transferring.

Your support would mean the world to me and show that humanity can save us. I am aware that I don't have to do this alone, and I'm grateful for you. Thank You for reading sharing and donating!

Peace, Love, and Many Blessings!!!
