Hello everyone! My name is Katelynn, and I’m fundraising for a Christmas 2026 mission trip to Nicaragua.

Over the past few years, my church has had the incredible privilege of partnering with a local missionary to help establish 5 churches in Nicaragua and to share the love of Jesus in a meaningful way.

In 2023 and 2024, our team traveled down to support these communities by hosting a Vacation Bible School (VBS) at each location. We spent our days praying and worshiping together, preparing meals for families, distributing donated clothing and essential goods, and running fun activities for the kids like decorating tote bags, taking family photos, and driving small robots.

Between our first trip in 2023 and our second trip in 2024, attendance doubled. As we prepare for our 2026 trip, our hope is not only to continue blessing these families during the Christmas season, but also to keep building relationships that strengthen their faith and remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved by God.

Our goal is to raise $10,000, which will help us provide meaningful gifts for the families and volunteers, as well as create even more engaging and memorable activities for the kids. Whether through giving, sharing this fundraiser, or praying for our mission, your support means so much to us. Thank you for helping us continue this work and for spreading the love of Jesus to families in Nicaragua this Christmas season.

Please note that all of your generous donations will be going to the Schaumburg Alliance Church as we support the missionaries 김향자 and 이창희 in Nicaragua.
