Every great story has a beginning. Ours started in a tent, where magic happened around banqueting tables filled with strangers who became friends. Where the scent of freshly baked bread and roasted garlic mixed with laughter and shared stories. Where our little boy Zeph greets guests among the clinking of plates and the warmth of community.
Now, we’re ready to write our next chapter and have a very exciting announcement coming soon. And we want you to be part of it.

The Josser Story:
What started as a dream in a tent has grown into something extraordinary. Ols, an award-winning chef and co-author of the critically acclaimed Giffords Circus Cookbook, brings 11 years of touring experience and a lifetime of passion to every dish. Amber, a yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh, brings her dedication to connection - with ourselves, our communities, and nature.
Together, as childhood sweethearts who met while working next door to each other, we’ve created more than just a restaurant. We’ve built a community.
