Ols, an award-winning chef and co-author of the critically acclaimed Giffords Circus Cookbook, brings 11 years of touring experience and a lifetime of passion to every dish. Amber, a yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh, brings her dedication to connection - with ourselves, our communities, and nature.
