On Friday, my cat Tom had to be rushed to an emergency animal hospital because of a blocked bladder and kidney problems. It was a terrifying experience, and he had to stay in the hospital until tonight. The veterinarians worked hard to stabilize him, and I was so relieved when he was finally able to come home. However, Tom still needs ongoing care and a special diet to help him recover and stay healthy.

The cost of Tom's hospital visit was overwhelming, and I am facing bills that are more than I can manage on my own. In addition to the emergency care, Tom will need a special prescription diet and possible follow-up visits to the vet to monitor his recovery and prevent future issues. I want to do everything I can to give Tom the best chance at a full and happy life, but I can't do it alone.
