Help replacing vehicle lost in Westernport flood

As many residents of Westernport lost appliances, personal items, and vehicles during the flood on May 13, we did as well. We lost our only vehicle, washer & dryer, freezer, hundreds of dollars worth of clothes, decorations, and other personal items in our basement.

We have been blessed with donations to get our washer & dryer and freezer replaced. We just bought our car in February, still owing a little over $30,000 on the loan; insurance is covering $29,000. We did not have gap insurance, so we are responsible for the remainder of the loan, plus coming up with enough money for a down payment on a new vehicle. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will help take some of the stress away from this financial burden the flooding has caused.
