My name is Róisín, and together with my friends Frank, Emily, and others, we are raising funds to urgently support Nour and her family in Gaza.

Urgent Help Needed – A Family Fighting to Survive

Every day is a struggle for basic survival:

$30 per day for essential food

$100 per week for pregnancy vitamins and medical needs

$700–$1,000 for baby clothing

$90 per month for Mira’s kindergarten transportation.

Our workplace was destroyed on 16.10.2023.

We were displaced for over a year and a half, living in tents under extremely harsh conditions—intense heat, freezing cold, insects, hunger, and constant fear. We also endured months of famine, like many families in Gaza who were forced to survive on almost nothing.

During this war, I gave birth to my twin daughters Hala and Tia in extremely difficult and unsafe conditions. They are now two and a half years old, and they have known nothing but war since the moment they were born.

Now we have returned to a damaged home that is still only partially standing and not safe to live in. Every day is harder than the one before. Food prices keep rising, making even the most basic needs extremely difficult to afford.

My daughter Mira is 4 and a half years old and goes to kindergarten. She has spent most of her life knowing only war. Every day she asks for fruit, juice, or chocolate—but I cannot provide it.

There are also serious safety concerns, including growing fears for children’s safety, which makes our situation even more urgent.

I am currently pregnant and urgently need vitamins and medical care, but access is extremely limited.

We have lost our income, stability, and safety. Today, we are fully dependent on support just to survive—and we urgently need to leave Gaza to find safety and protect our children.

Any help means hope for us in a life that has become impossible to live.
