Help my brother Mario recover from fire loss

My brother, Mario, suffered from a fire loss that caused him to lose a great portion of his and his kids belongings. He doesn’t have much insurance coverage for the loss of the contents that he had which includes kids clothes, toys, dishes, his clothes, electronics, and many other items.
