Desde los 19 años, cuando salí de Venezuela solo con una meta, mi vida ha sido un camino de esfuerzo, resiliencia y pasión por los niños. Contra todo pronóstico, me gradué como maestra en Bélgica, cumpliendo un sueño que parecía imposible. Hoy, gracias a mi trabajo, tengo la oportunidad de ver y entender a los niños de una manera única.

Pero también he visto algo que no puedo ignorar. Hay niños que mandan señales, que piden ayuda sin palabras, y que muchas veces no son comprendidos. Me he dado cuenta de que no basta con ser maestra; quiero ir más allá. Quiero estudiar psicología infantil para ayudar a esos niños a ser vistos, entendidos y escuchados.

Mi meta es convertirme en psicóloga infantil y, en el futuro, formar a más maestras para que ellas también puedan identificar y apoyar a los niños que lo necesiten. Pero estudiar en la universidad tiene un costo que actualmente no puedo cubrir sola.

Por eso, después de recibir tantos mensajes de apoyo, he decidido abrir este GoFundMe. Sé que muchos de ustedes han seguido mi historia desde el principio y han visto mi esfuerzo para llegar hasta aquí. Si alguna vez te he inspirado, si alguna vez has creído en mí, esta es la manera en la que puedes ayudarme a dar el siguiente gran paso.

Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, me acercará más a mi sueño y, lo más importante, me permitirá marcar la diferencia en la vida de muchos niños. Si no puedes donar, compartir esta campaña también es una gran ayuda.

At 19, I left Venezuela alone, with nothing but a dream. Against all odds, I worked tirelessly to earn my Nursery Teacher diploma in Belgium, turning what once seemed impossible into reality. Today, as a teacher, I have the privilege of working with children every day, understanding them in a way that goes beyond words.

But I’ve also seen something I can’t ignore. Some children are sending signals, subtle cries for help that often go unnoticed.

I’ve realized that being a teacher isn’t enough. I want to do more. That’s why I’ve decided to study child psychology, so I can help these children be seen, understood, and truly heard.

My goal is to become a child psychologist and, in the future, train more teachers to recognize and support children who need help. But university comes at a cost that I cannot afford on my own right now.

That’s why, after receiving so many messages of encouragement, I’ve decided to launch this GoFundMe. Many of you have followed my journey from the beginning and have seen how hard I’ve worked to get here.
