We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for this family from Chatham Ontario who have a beautiful 7-year-old girl named Hazel, who has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of leukemia.

Hazel’s world changed overnight. Once a bubbly, energetic little girl full of laughter and life, she is now courageously battling cancer with a strength far beyond her years. Her parents, Chris and Stephanie, have been by her side every step of the way—traveling back and forth from their home to the Ronald McDonald Children’s Cancer Centre in London, Ontario, where Hazel is receiving intensive treatment. While still caring and focusing on there other 14 year old daughter Lillie.

As you can imagine, this journey has taken an emotional, physical, and financial toll on the family. Chris and Stephanie have had to take extended time off work to care for Hazel full-time, attend countless medical appointments, and manage the difficult day-to-day realities of having a child with cancer. The mounting travel costs, hospital stays, meals, and lost income are creating a serious financial burden—on top of the unimaginable emotional stress they are already enduring.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help ease the pressure on this loving family so they can focus entirely on what matters most: helping Hazel heal.
