Help for Travis Young

Hey guys. My name is Meghann Steinbach. I am the wife of Jason Steinbach, who is Travis Youngs' best friend from high school. Travis was the best man at our wedding 16 years ago and a part of our lives for a very long time. He is not just a friend to us; he is our family! I am an only child, and he is the brother that I always dreamed of. I am making this go fund me with permission from his parents.
As some of you know, Travis is in the ICU in Terre Haute, Indiana, fighting for his life due to the dreaded Covid-19. Travis is the father of two young children (information to remain private as they are minors). He also shares the household with his girlfriend Raeann and her three small girls (information to remain private as they are minors).
Travis and his girlfriend tested positive on December 22,2021. He remained at home treating his symptoms until they became too much. On December 31, 2021, Travis went to the ER and was admitted to the regular floor due to covid-19 related issues. He remained on the floor before his symptoms became too much, and he was transferred to the ICU. He was there for a few days before he was put on a ventilator on January 12, 2022, to try and let his body rest and heal. He has since gone through many ups and downs and remains on the ventilator.
Travis qualifies for workman's comp. However, we just found out that it is only 75%. Here is where you all come in. That 75% is not enough to cover all the household expenses and bills. There is no time frame for how long Travis will be in the ICU/hospital or out of work. He has a long road ahead of him.
If you could find it in your heart to help out this precious family member of ours, he and his family would be forever grateful. Any amount helps. And if you cannot afford to help, Travis could still use all the prayers he can get. He has a long road/recovery ahead of him, as I previously said. Thank you so much for your time!
