A week before Thanksgiving, Brett, a devoted father of four and a special education teacher, was diagnosed with Stage 4 diffuse large B cell lymphoma. It’s an aggressive cancer, and his oncologist has made it clear that he needs immediate, intensive chemotherapy that will require long hospital stays. This means Brett won’t be able to work for weeks at a time, and as the primary provider for his family, this has created a huge financial strain.
In just two weeks, medical bills have already totaled close to $500, and that’s without factoring in the cost of traveling back and forth to appointments. With more treatments ahead, the financial burden will only continue to grow.
Brett is a kind, hardworking person who would do anything to help others. He’s dedicated his life to teaching and has been a constant support to his family and community. Now, as he battles cancer, we want to ensure that financial stress isn’t added to the challenges he’s already facing.
Any contribution, big or small, would be so appreciated and will go directly toward medical bills, travel costs, and helping his family make ends meet while he’s off work.
Thank you to everyone who has already reached out, sent prayers, or offered support in any way. It means the world to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of you.
Thank you for being there for Brett during this tough time. Your kindness and generosity make a difference.
