They come to us when no one else can help. Parents of kids with cancer who cannot afford to feed their families contact us. We arrange for their children’s free treatment in regional countries. As the only American NGO on the ground in Afghanistan treating kids with cancer and complex surgical disease, we need your support to continue our work.
