Help A Teacher's Kidney Transplant

Hamidullah is a 27-year-old teacher at a private school and belongs to the very remote area of Yarkhoon, Chitral. He is a father of two daughters, one is 4 years old and the other is 2 years old. Unfortunately, Hamidullah was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and he has been under treatment in the Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi. The doctors have decided to transplant one of the kidneys as there is no other way. The organ donor has been arranged for the transplant from his family, but the transplant is very expensive for him. The overall cost for just the transplant is PKR 1800000 (£9000). This is a very huge amount and he has already exhausted his savings as he has been under treatment for so long living away from home in a rented apartment. He also has to go for dialysis twice a week and it costs him at least 10,000 Rupees and it is a continuous process.

 
He is the only person who used to earn in his family, and there is no way that he can meet the financial requirement for his transplant and beyond. It is for this purpose that I request you to please extend a helping hand and contribute as much as you would like towards the cost for his transplant. It is a hard time, but we hope that his recovery will help him get back on his feet and take care of his family. Please help us save his life first.
