Kiki is a curious yet shy cat who has been part of our family for nearly four years. We rescued her after finding her malnourished under a roommate’s truck, and since then, she has filled our lives with love and joy. We want nothing more than to give her many more happy and healthy years with us.

Our baby has been battling a serious illness for nearly a month. She has struggled to eat and drink consistently, and despite countless visits to two different veterinarians and an emergency animal hospital, we still do not have a clear diagnosis. She has already undergone extensive testing, and while we search for answers, the only option is to continue giving her the supportive care and hospitalization she needs to keep fighting.

So far, Kiki has had multiple blood panels, a urinalysis, fecal testing, ultrasounds, x-rays, as well as inpatient medical monitoring with a wide range of medicines including antibiotics, anti-nausea medication, appetite stimulants, steroids, and pain management. Yet we still do not know what is causing her illness.

Kiki is a cherished member of our family, and we are doing everything we can to bring her back to health. The costs of ongoing treatment and hospitalization are overwhelming, and we are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for help.
