Please help Chris repair his broken smile. An errant hockey stick cost Chris his front teeth and he does not have insurance to cover the estimated $20k dental bill.  

The accident happened while Chris was playing in the 10th Annual Oak Bay Christmas Cup Hockey Tournament. The tournament has raised many thousands of dollars for the Victoria Fire Department's Ride to Conquer Cancer. Chris selflessly donated his time and money to help others in need and is now in need of help himself.
