Felix's Home Recovery

It's with deep sadness that I come to inform you guys that one of the kindest person I call a brother has been affected by a fire.

Felix Maffia is living in Alaska and has been seving in the US army for over 5 years. On the afternoon of February 27th he received a call that no one ever wants to receive; that his home had basically turned into ashes. All of his belongings, but most importantly his best friend that he had adopted. A 9 year old service dog. According to an on-going investigation by police officers, they have deemed it a crime and state the fire was started on purpose by someone. Felix is currently staying at his stationed army base and is heart broken but staying strong.

I’ve started this GoFundMe campaign in hopes of offering Felix the support and assistance he needs to begin rebuilding his life. While nothing can bring back what he has lost, we can help alleviate some of the burden and show him that he is not alone. Every contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference and help Felix regain his footing during this challenging time. Thank you and please share as much as you can!
