As you may already know, the reason both of us are mostly vegan is due to our profound love of all animals and desire to protect their right to a quality of life as fellow living beings on the Earth.

In lieu of wedding gifts, we are asking friends and family to donate to this fundraiser benefiting Saving Grace Animal Sanctuary. Your donations are tax-deductible and will help make an immediate impact on the lives of the animals there. After donating through this page, you will receive an official PayPal Giving receipt via email, for your tax records.

Saving Grace Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a peaceful, loving environment for abused, neglected, or unwanted farm animals who would otherwise become food, or be euthanized. Our friends Kathy and Erich, who founded the sanctuary and are there 24/7 for the animals, will spend 100% of your donated money directly on the animals.

After visiting and donating over the years, we finally made a commitment recently to volunteer here at least once a month, and it has made us even more attached to them all. They currently house and care for 6 hens, 2 bunnies, 3 alpacas, 3 pigs, 1 giant tortoise, 1 rooster, 4 ducks, 3 cows, 2 horses, 1 mule, 4 mini horses, 4 donkeys, 5 goats, 1 sheep, and 2 turkeys.
