Hi friends, I'm starting this GofundMe page for my sweet friend and fellow co-worker, Samantha Smithey. Samantha was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer early this month. She is the most genuine and positive person I know, my heart breaks for her and her family, but she has an incredible faith! She will begin her Chemo treatments at the beginning of May, that will last for 6 months, followed by surgery, then radiation. Samantha is the mother of two sweet boys, Matthew (6) and Luke (3) and a wonderful wife to her husband Dustin. Sam will not be able to rely on her photography business which is a source of their income and she will also be missing work in the dental office. They will be making multiple trips to Greensboro weekly through chemo treatments and after. If you can in any way help my sweet friend as she navigates through this obstacle in life! I’m hoping this will help alleviate a huge stress off her shoulders in terms of gas and groceries. Thank you!
