On Wednesday, Oct 15th, Dillon was working the overnight shift at his road striping job. Around midnight, he was in a life altering automobile accident. He was transported by life flight to Sacred Heart Hospital. Dillon has suffered catastrophic, life-threatening injuries, including a collapsed lung, broken bones from head to toe, a brain bleed, fractured skull, and a severe DAI traumatic brain injury. He has undergone one surgery so far, to place a rod in his right leg. Dillon is being kept stable and as comfortable as possible to allow rest. We are all very hopeful that he will be able to wake up very soon.

Anyone that knows Dillon knows how much he loves his family. He has grown into the best Dad over the last year. His daughter Aleka, who just turned 1, is a complete daddy's girl and misses him dearly.

Dillon has been surrounded by family, friends, and coworkers, who are all praying for miracles for him. His mother Colleen and fiancée Shyane have been by his side since the accident.

Dillon’s road to recovery will be long, and no one knows just what to expect at this point. From the obvious unexpected expenses, and help staying on top of regular monthly bills during this time, his fiancee cannot bear the financial burden of this alone. Dillon was the sole provider in his home. We want to help ease the weight on his fiancee so she can focus on his road to recovery alongside his mother Colleen without any added stress.
