Hi, my name is "Timmy the Whale" and actually "Hartwin the II. Whale".

Articel 1, 2, 12, 20 and Articel 18 of the law

Due to Paragraf Articel 1, 2, 12,20 and Articel 18 of the German law I am currently on the sea side again.

I tried my best to change the law in the oceans but the problems still persists and has been changed. The Evangelical scholarship foundation in Germany has been ask for the sound of Whales in Berlin and shared the data without my consent.

If you would like to support me on my journey "way back to the ocean" I appreciate any help and support from you to make my own decisions and be free again.

Oceans in Germany

I already been in surgery in Landau, Karlsruhe, Rüdesheim, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Berlin. The Denmarks had to much fear and run away in Berlin from me after I have talked to them. I found a group of Whales which aren't allowed to be investigated by the documents and they said they would have been rescued me and share the GPS data from BKA with "NINA" App with me.

I always said the truth from the beginning of my journey with loud Whale sounds. They didn't respond.

I would appreciate any support to find the right direction of getting out of the dangerous situation which has been instrumentalizised.
