Hello. My name is Lori Stevens. AnimalKind is a non-profit cat rescue in Hudson, NY. I have been doing a TNR program with them since October 2024. I am trapping a colony of approximately 40 feral cats in Columbia County. AnimalKind is providing all of the medical care, including neutering, spaying and vaccinating. I have trapped 24 cats so far. After AnimalKind provided the medical care, almost every cat has been adopted. Last week, 2 of the cats I trapped were pregnant. One has successfully delivered 3 kittens. The other one the vet had already opened for surgery when they discovered she was pregnant. She will be fostered with me until she delivers. After 8 weeks, both moms will be spayed and vaccinated and the kittens will be when they are old enough, as well. All will be adopted out.

Please help me prevent another unnecessary surgery by making a donation to this fundraiser, so that AnimalKind can purchase a very much needed ultrasound machine. It will also be used to scan kidneys, livers, bladders, etc for potential disease. Your donation is tax deductible.
