‍Super Dawson’s Battle Against Cancer

Hi, my name is Clayton, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my nephew, an incredibly brave 7-year-old boy named Dawson. A real-life superhero about to face the toughest battle of his young life.

Recently, Dawson was diagnosed with a Wilms tumor, a rare kidney cancer that has now spread to his lung. What began as unexplained lump quickly became every parent’s worst nightmare. Dawson now faces a long and uncertain road; one that includes major surgery, ongoing treatment, and countless hospital visits.

But if you know Dawson, you know he’s a fighter. Even on the hardest days, he faces each moment with courage, heart, and the biggest smile you’ve ever seen. He’s our superhero, and like all heroes, he can’t do this alone. He needs a team.

Dawson’s mom (my sister) Caitlin, has been and will be by his side during every appointment, test, and treatment going forward. With expenses piling up and no steady income, the financial strain on the family is growing by the day. This is a stress that they should not have to worry about and focus solely on Dawson's health and recovery at this time.
