Hi, my name is Marc Bosse and on behalf of The Gencarella Family: David Gencarella was unexpectedly admitted to the ICU at Yale New Haven on life support for organ failure. He has always been a strong fighter and he is making progress to the amazement of his medical team! For the friends, family and community members who already asked how they can help, we have created this GoFundMe page to assist with his medical expenses.
