Support Abby's Journey to Recovery
Donation protected
On June 12th, Abby went to the emergency room due to pain in her leg, thinking she had a blood clot. However, after further testing, they found that Abby had an infection in her leg, which ultimately ended with Abby’s right leg being amputated. Abby’s situation is very complex because she has an autoimmune disease and a genetic disorder. All of this has left her to be in and out of the hospital her whole life, making her very susceptible to infections.
Abby is trying to learn to cope with her new way of life and will be headed to rehab once she’s done healing at the hospital. Before Abby gets home, there are renovations that need to be done to make her apartment handicapped accessible and any bit of monetary donations would help her tremendously. Please keep her in your prayers as she continues to heal.
