Annette Scroggins' Funeral Expense

Annette Scroggin lived a long full life, unfortunately the last 7 year she's has battled breast cancer. She got it 3 different times, had many surgeries and it finally got the best of her June 28, 2018 . It was very unexpected she was only 53.
