Amy's fight to be cancer free

My twin sister Amy is in a fight to be cancer free. She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the end of November and due to the irregular borders of the tumor and biopsy she has been sent to Roswell. The oncologist would like to do surgery asap and had it scheduled in January but due to finances Amy has had to move it to February. She still has no idea what she will do for funds while she recovers and receives radiation. Amy is the most caring person you will ever meet, she is a nurse who is certified in hospice and palliative care and has dedicated her life to caring for others. She is a loving mother and Aunt, who is loved dearly by her family. To say she is scared of what is to come is an understatement, she is a single mother and primary bread winner. Amy does not qualify for FMLA or disability. At the minimum she will need to be out of work for 4 weeks. What ever you are able to give would be much appreciated and prayers/positive thoughts are also welcome.
