The MacNeil family needs our help
Connie and her three children, Skylar, Kalib and Mairyn are grieving the sudden and tragic loss of a father and husband Glenn this past week. Glenn was only 47.
Connie and her family have been working extremely hard together at their Bracebridge Cafe “Connie’s Plant Based Cafe” this year since their recent opening in June 2020 - and now are dealing with the loss of her partner and father to their three children. Small business is a challenge (especially in times like this). With loosing an important part of their family, they need all the help they can get to pay basic bills at home and have time to grieve and get back other feet.
Connie is an extremely compassionate person, always supporting others and an advocate for mental health, volunteering with the Salvation Army food bank, the YMCA Getting Ahead program for individuals living in poverty or lower income, the LGBT community, and animal advocacy. Her 3 children take part and have worked tirelessly along side of her for the many causes they all hold near and dear to their hearts.
These urgent funds will assist them with funeral costs, to keep their rental house bills paid, and provide basic needs for their family during this difficult and heartbreaking time.
Any amount helps, no matter how big or small.
Thank you for showing Connie and her children compassion and love - I am sure they will pay it forward in years to come.
