Help with Cooper's Medical Expenses

My sister Brianna and her husband Corey have had some bad luck related to the health of their youngest dog, Cooper. We're asking for some help to save his life.
He was admitted to Aspen Meadows Emergency Vet on Thursday, February 11th. Cooper has remained in their care since, fighting for his life with severe pancreatitis. Cooper has been receiving various blood work, IV fluids, pain medications, antibiotics, and even a plasma infusion. He has made very minor improvements since his arrival.
The Vet informed us today that we have two choices: either continue treatment as is and hope that Cooper improves, or Cooper needs surgery to place a feeding tube and stent in his bile duct.
The costs so far have been over $12k, with the surgery expected to cost another $18K+ more.
This is an extremely difficult decision for Bri and Corey to make and sadly they are forced to consider how costly this procedure will be. We are launching this campaign to help with medical costs for their little buddy Cooper.
I know that this past year has been challenging for a lot of you and your family in so many ways. Bri and Corey have been working their butts off as first responders during the pandemic. With a recent wedding and Corey going back to school, These medical costs are more than they can bear at the moment.
We appreciate any help you can offer and are so grateful for the support. Cooper, as you can imagine means the world to them and is a part of the family. He's only 5 years old, and we're not ready to say goodbye yet.
