First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, and supported us since the fire — it has meant more than we could ever put into words. There have been several encouraging developments: We were gifted living and dining room furniture by a family member We were able to salvage most of our clothes that were stored in drawers and closets (they’ll need deep cleaning, but it’s a huge relief) We’re currently working with a few local housing programs to help with long-term stability And the landlord has agreed to waive rent for June and July, giving us a little space to breathe Because of all this, we’ve decided to lower our GoFundMe goal to $10,000 — which will help us cover: Short-term housing and relocation needs Cleaning and replacing essentials Restoring basic safety and comfort for our children Building toward a permanent, stable home We’ve already raised $1,265 — 13% of the way there — and we believe, with continued love and support, we’ll make it all the way. ❤️ Every dollar, every share, and every prayer still makes a huge difference.
