Lotti's surgery

Hi, I'm Lotti I turn 3 in september, I live with my mum who is uni student living away from home, I've fallen really sick and I need surgery for my gums and teeth due to an autoimmune disease. It's going to cost $1,500 and my mummy is struggling to afford it. It really hurts to eat my food and my mummy is really scared and worried. Please help me pay for my surgery.
