More information about KLM Scholarship Foundation: The KLM Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established and incorporated November 2002 in Richmond, Virginia. The foundation was granted its tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service March 2003. The primary purpose of the organization is to raise funds and distribute book scholarship awards. The scholarships are academic-based and target college students faced with financial obstacles.

The KLM Scholarship Foundation is celebrating its SWEET 16 ANNIVERSARY by making college affordable. Our mission has been consistent and clear – protect Virginia college students’ educational goals and dreams.

America’s College Debt Crisis is real and continues to jeopardize our children's opportunities. Meanwhile, there is a full scale attack on Pell Grant and Student Loan programs in Washington, DC and college tuition increases annually.
