The Foxcroft School class of 2024 is raising money to benefit Friends of the Animal Shelter and Guardians of the Homeless Animals, and any donation will help make an impact. More information about Friends of the Animal Shelter and Guardians of the Homeless Animals: Located in Northern Virginia, Friends of Homeless Animals has been serving the Washington metropolitan area since 1973. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) no-kill shelter dedicated to saving abandoned and abused dogs and cats. We provide rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption services in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.
No matter the size, every gift counts. Here are just a few of the ways your donation helps:
$25 — Provides heartworm, flea, and tick preventative for a dog for a month
$50 — Pays for a vaccination for a cat or dog
$85 — Funds food and litter for a day
$135 — Pays for a medical check-up to include a microchip, initial vaccines, and deworming
$250 — Pays for spay or neuter surgery for a dog or cat
$500 — Funds an ultrasound, x-rays, or blood-work for specialized medical care
